About Happy Jesus
I spent 12 years in Catholic school and have been a practicing Catholic my entire life. Over the years, I noticed something — most images of Jesus show Him suffering: wearing a crown of thorns, bleeding, or hanging on the cross.
While His sacrifice is central to our faith, I don’t believe Jesus would want to be remembered only through sorrow. I believe He would want us to remember His love, joy, and the hope He brought to the world.
Agape is the highest form of love — selfless, unconditional, and sacrificial. It is the love that filled the heart of Jesus. When Jesus looks at us, He sees His children, created in His image, and His heart is filled with joy.
After the resurrection, the apostles received a gift — their eyes were opened to see Jesus in everyone they met. This became a great source of happiness for them.
My hope is simple: that more people begin to recognize Jesus in one another and rediscover the joy, love, and happiness that He represents.
I want people to know Happy Jesus — the Jesus whose heart is full of love, joy, and hope. The Jesus who delights in the beauty of life and loves every single one of His children.
